Greg Madden, 56, founder and owner of software supplier MaddenCo. Inc., passed away Oct. 24 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

Greg Madden, 56, founder and owner of software supplier MaddenCo. Inc., passed away Oct. 24 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

Madden earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Evansville in 1974 and later earned a certified license in data processing.

He is survived by daughter Haleigh Madden of Evansville; companion Kim Angermeier and her children, Andrew Swanson and Will Angermeier of Henderson, Ky.; father, Allen Madden of Evansville; stepmother, Phyllis Barker of Evansville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy Edwards and her husband, Roger, of Evansville, Becky Craig and her husband, John, of Richardson, Texas; brother, Jeff Madden of Carnation, Wash.; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Dayco announced the appointment of several strategic leadership positions, as well as the relocation of the company’s headquarters to Birmingham, MI.

Following the acquisition by Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, a primary focus for the company has been building a global leadership team to deliver the company’s long-term strategy, Dayco said.
