Airtex Introduces Lineup of Engine Management Products to Aftermarket

Airtex Automotive, the world's largest independent manufacturer of fuel and water pumps, is expanding its aftermarket offerings with a complete line of engine management products.

FAIRFIELD, Ill. — Airtex Automotive, the world’s largest independent manufacturer of fuel and water pumps, is expanding its aftermarket offerings with a complete line of engine management products.

Airtex is offering more than 25,000 engine management products for the automotive, heavy-duty, industrial, marine and agricultural industries, and it expects to have 30,000 parts numbers by year’s end.

Airtex is owned by parent company United Components Inc., an automotive aftermarket and OE products designer and manufacturer.

This line of engine management products, sold through Airtex’s dedicated sales force, represents the industry’s deepest coverage of domestic and foreign ignition and fuel components, electronic control modules, HEI coils, relays, valves, actuators, solenoids, electronic voltage regulators, sensors and wire and cable sets.

Airtex National Sales Manager John Peterson said these products are manufactured to look, fit and perform like their original counterparts.

“Engine management is a natural extension of our aftermarket business,” Peterson said. “This vast product line provides an additional top quality parts resource for customers who are served through Airtex’s dedicated sales force.”
