Thomson Delmar Learning to Distribute Engine Performance Educational DVD Series

Thomson Delmar Learning, a part of The Thomson Corp., has partnered with Video Active Productions to develop a new engine performance training series on DVD. Developed for the educational and professional markets, all of the content in the Engine Performance series is based on ASE-mandated skills and adheres to curriculum guidelines for all advanced-level automotive programs.

ALBANY, NY — Thomson Delmar Learning, a part of The Thomson Corp., has partnered with Video Active Productions to develop a new engine performance training series on DVD.

Developed for the educational and professional markets, all of the content in the Engine Performance series is based on ASE-mandated skills and adheres to curriculum guidelines for all advanced-level automotive programs. The DVD features full-color animations and a step-by-step explanation of abstract automotive concepts. The series features audio tracks in both English and Spanish, with optional subtitles in either language to teach more effectively in mixed-language classrooms and provide learning tools for hearing-impaired students.

The training series will also be available on video in an eight-tape VHS set.
