CANOGA PARK, CA — Interamerican Motor Corp. (IMC) has announced that during the month of November it will donate 5 percent of the sales from its Sachs’ shock absorbers and clutches to the Aftermarket Foundation Relief Fund. The company communicated this announcement through an advertisement that can be seen in the upcoming October issue of Counterman magazine.
“Originally, we intended to use this advertisement to jointly promote the outstanding OE quality of Sachs’ shock absorbers and clutches that we sell so successfully at IMC,” the company said in the statement. “But, humbled by the devastating tragedy of Hurricane Katrina, we are instead teaming up with Sachs and Lemforder to support relief efforts.”
The company added, “With nine IMC warehouses across the country, you’ll have these exceptional OE products in no time. So, please, join us this November as we use quality products to promote something even more important – quality of life.”
