Siemens VDO Adds New Part Numbers to Electric Motor Line, Power Window Program and TPMS Replacement Parts

Siemens VDO Automotive has announced the addition of new part numbers to several of its product lines. The company is adding more than 130 part numbers to its full line of blower motors, radiator and condenser fan motors and cooling fan assemblies. Siemens VDO will now offer more than 900 SKUs with application coverage for more than 200 million North American vehicles. In addition, the company said it will add substantial coverage to its power window program with the addition of more than 135 new power window regulators and power window motor and regulator assemblies. Siemens VDO has also expanded its line of OE replacement parts for tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS).

ALLENTOWN, PA – Siemens VDO Automotive has announced the addition of new part numbers to several of its product lines. The company is adding more than 130 part numbers to its full line of blower motors, radiator and condenser fan motors and cooling fan assemblies. Siemens VDO will now offer more than 900 SKUs with application coverage for more than 200 million North American vehicles.

In addition, the company said it will add substantial coverage to its power window program with the addition of more than 135 new power window regulators and power window motor and regulator assemblies. The line now offers domestic and import coverage for passenger cars, light trucks and SUVs and features more than 390 SKUs that include power side window and tailgate window motors, window regulators, motor/regulator assemblies and gear kits.

The new regulators and motor/regulator assemblies cover popular domestic, European, and Asian passenger cars and light trucks from mid 90s to present. These additional part numbers will be available in the first quarter of 2008.

Siemens VDO has also expanded its line of OE replacement parts for tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS). The company now provides replacement parts for 2004-2008 model years and features exclusive European applications.

Siemens VDO now offers sensors and service kits for Acura, Audi, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mercury, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, KIA, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Volvo models. More than 20 new part numbers have been added since 2006, 15 of which were introduced at the end of the third quarter of 2007. The Siemens VDO line includes 34 part numbers for sensors and service kits with application coverage for more than 10 million vehicles.

Siemens VDO is committed to the AAIA standards and provides e-cataloging data in AAIA ACES and Legacy formats.
