NEW YORK — A new survey published in the Wall Street Journal online found that 99 percent of senior executives at larger companies use the Internet at work.
Overall, the execs averaged 13.4 hours a week online, up almost 20 percent from a similar study conducted in 2000. The most common use for the Internet among executives: reading business news online.
The survey, conducted by Harris Interactive, indicated that 97 percent of respondents to the survey also use the Internet at home.
