DMA Industries Welcomes Stock as Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Stock will assume the role of CFO, replacing Steve Bertling, the current CFO and one of the company’s founders.

DMA announces the appointment of Kevin Stock as CFO. He joins DMA with a strong background in finance, having previously served as CFO at CRP Industries Inc., where he played a key role in modernizing financial systems and driving growth, the company says.

Stock replaces Steve Bertling, the current CFO and one of the company’s founders. Bertling will transition to the role of executive vice president, strategic initiatives, where he will focus on critical new areas of the company’s diversification and expansion, according to DMA.

“As a new member of our executive leadership team, Kevin’s knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and our customer base, along with his depth of experience in finance, audit, treasury, risk management, M&A, and budget planning, will significantly enhance our finance and accounting team’s ability to continue to meet our ever-growing needs in these areas,” said John Treece, president/CEO of DMA Industries.
