MotoRad Appoints Phil Halberg to VP, Commercial, US & Canada

Halberg brings a proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth and enhancing profitability in highly competitive markets.

MotoRad announced the appointment of Phil Halberg as the company’s new Vice President – Commercial, US & Canada, effective February 21, 2024. Halberg brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth and enhancing profitability in highly competitive markets, the company said.

Phil joins MotoRad from Tenneco Inc./Federal-Mogul Corporation, where he held several senior leadership roles, including vice president & general manager of sales. During his tenure, Halberg led successful integration efforts post-merger, generating significant synergy savings and enhancing team efficiencies across $2.5 billion in annual revenue, according to MotoRad.

“His strategic vision and leadership skills have consistently delivered results and added value to his previous organizations,” MotoRad said. “With his extensive background in strategic account management, cross-functional team leadership, and new business development, Phil is well-equipped to lead our US/Canada sales team at MotoRad. His deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs will be instrumental as we execute our growth strategy and drive value for our clients.”
