DMA announced the promotion of Jonathan Dozier to DC Manager at its Marion, South Carolina, facility.

“From his early beginnings as a warehouse materials handler, Dozier’s journey at DMA is a testament to his unwavering dedication, hard work, and exceptional leadership qualities that propelled his career growth with lightning speed,” the company said. He was honored as DMA’s Manager of the Year for 2023.

DMA said he will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring the continued success of DMA’s Marion, South Carolina, facility.

Dozier recently celebrated his third anniversary with DMA, during which time he played a pivotal role in the startup of the company’s Wellman Rd. facility in Marion. His journey there included supervising the shock pre-pack team and overseeing the sort line, during which his team was recognized for hitting a record-breaking company-wide sort stat, DMA said.
