Bileko Car Parts, facing challenges in managing a diverse inventory with unpredictable demand, recognized the need for a system that could simplify and efficiently manage its operations. The company aimed to maintain its commitment to excellence and deliver superior service to its varied customer base. Therese Nilsson, logistics planner at Bileko Car Parts, said as the company grew, it needed a system to manage inventory and have the right part at the right place and time.
