Dayco India Starts Production of Viscous Dampers for HD Segment

Dayco launched its viscous damper production line in India in December 2021.

Dayco has announced the start of production and delivery of its first set of premium viscous dampers to the world’s largest heavy-duty engine manufacturers, from its India facility in Manesar. Dayco launched its viscous damper production line in India in December 2021 with an aim to serve the leading brands in the commercial vehicle, off-highway, and light-duty segments globally. As businesses strive to reduce CO2 emissions, Dayco is supporting the OEMs in this endeavor with its value-added premium viscous dampers from India and by rapidly establishing a strong manufacturing base in China, Europe, and North America.
