Repair OnDemand Names Managing Director of Repair Exchange

Bill Robinson brings more than two decades of leadership experience to the role.

Repair OnDemand has appointed Bill Robinson as the new managing director of the Repair Exchange, a marketplace that connects sublet repair professionals with companies that need vehicle repairs, inspections or both. Robinson has extensive experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, the company said.

Randy Kobat, president of Repair OnDemand, emphasized the importance of Robinson’s appointment. “Bill’s appointment as managing director of the Repair Exchange marks a transformative moment for Repair OnDemand,” Kobat said. “His track record of spearheading innovation and driving growth aligns perfectly with our strategic vision.”

Robinson’s experience includes serving as president and CEO of the ADA Business Innovation Group, a division of the American Dental Association, where he developed digital solutions for the dental community. He also spent fifteen years at Wheels, Inc., a leading fleet management company, holding various senior leadership positions.

Robinson expressed his enthusiasm for his new role. “I’m genuinely enthusiastic about stepping into my role at Repair OnDemand,” he said. “Leading the Repair Exchange initiative is about much more than creating a product; it’s about building an ecosystem that not only benefits our clients but also transforms the industry.”

Repair OnDemand believes Robinson’s strategic insights and leadership will significantly contribute to the company’s growth and enhance its industry standing.
