Niterra Names Senior Director of Human Resources

Newly appointed Carolyn Gwisdalla also will serve as a senior leadership team member.

Niterra North America, Inc. (formerly NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Inc. announced Carolyn Gwisdalla has joined the company as senior director of human resources. Her appointment was announced by Michael Schwab, president and CEO.

Gwisdalla will be responsible for leading the human resources strategy for the United States and Canada and NTK Technologies, and she also will serve as a senior leadership team member.

“Her responsibilities will include implementing strategies to increase Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity, overseeing the company’s Regional Executive Development Program, and creating a talent management strategy to attract, develop and retain employees,” Schwab said.

“It is with great pleasure that I join the Niterra Team,” said Gwisdalla. “Niterra has a strong corporate culture and a diverse and loyal workforce, with many employees serving for 20-plus years. As Niterra prepares for future growth and diversification, I know my skills will be valuable in enhancing the company’s organizational capabilities and workforce.”
