DMA Industries announced the first order has shipped to a major automotive aftermarket customer from its new Free Trade Zone (FTZ) facility, one that was created by renovating its facility in Nichols, South Carolina.
DMA says this move will enable the company to streamline business for its international customers and better serve its international customer base.
“We are proud to have our new Free Trade Zone warehouse up and running now! This is a big benefit to our international customers and is unique in this industry. To make this happen took a fantastic group effort to renovate an almost 400,000 square foot facility from top to bottom, install manufacturing equipment, and put everything into place to earn Free Trade Zone Status,” said Fred Snow, COO.
