BendPak Expands Distribution Agreement in Australia

Genesis Equipment's distribution agreement will now include BendPak's Cool Boss line of portable evaporative coolers.

BendPak Inc. announced it has expanded its distribution agreement with Australian workshop equipment supplier Genesis Equipment to include the Cool Boss line of portable evaporative coolers. Genesis Equipment is now the exclusive distributor in Australia for the BendPak, Ranger, Autostacker, QuickJack, MaxJax, Dannmar and Cool Boss brands of lifts, shop equipment and consumer products, the company says.

“Since we signed the original agreement with Genesis Equipment five years ago, we have continued to innovate and introduce new product lines to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers,” says Jeff Kritzer, BendPak president and CEO. “Genesis Equipment has been a solid distribution partner for us, and we are proud to have them represent our growing brand and product line-up in Australia.”

The expanded agreement gives Genesis Equipment a wider product offering to further establish it as a one-stop-shop for lifts, service equipment and professional consultation for automotive, truck, and bus workshops, dealers and hobbyists. At the same time, it will help Genesis Equipment diversify into new, non-automotive markets. For example, the Cool Boss line of portable coolers includes models to cost-effectively keep people cool and safe from heat-related injuries at work, as well as at play and at home, according to BendPak.

“BendPak is a reliable, respected company that sets the benchmark for safety, ease-of-use and customer-focused benefits,” says Stephen Clifford, Sr., managing director, Genesis Equipment. “We are excited to bring our customers new products and innovations from the BendPak family supported by our genuine customer service and value.”
