AISIN Announces New Aftermarket Website

Site visitors can search part numbers using the online parts catalog, and geographically locate the closest AISIN dealers.

Aisin World Corp. of America (AWA), a division of AISIN Corporation, announced the official launch of its new Aftermarket website for customers in the Americas.

“Our new website will serve as AISIN Aftermarket’s primary information resource for all visitors and customers – new and existing,” said Larrow Kaufman, AWA senior sales manager, North America Aftermarket. “The most important part of what we do is understanding the needs of our customers. We listen, we respond. And, as we expand our product line offerings, we understand that corporate support to our existing and prospective customers has never been more important; this new website is just the beginning.”

AISIN says site visitors are able to search part numbers using the Online Parts Catalog and then geographically locate the closest dealers using the AISIN Dealer Locator. The site is designed to offer customers extensive product information and resources with an easy-to-use interface, making it simple and enjoyable to navigate.

Many programs and features will be added to the website during Phase 2, according to AISIN, including a new interface for the Online Parts Catalog and “Getting to Know Us,” a section designed to improve customer relations by focusing on key values and introducing members of the AISIN team.
