HELLA Automotive Names VP of Sales, US & Canada Aftermarket

Robert Tinson brings more than 18 years of senior-level executive experience, most recently with Sensata Technologies.

HELLA Automotive Sales Inc. Has appointed Robert Tinson as vice president of Aftermarket Sales for the U..S and Canada, effective Dec. 5.

As a new executive team member for HELLA Inc.’s organization, Tinson brings more than 18 years of senior-level executive experience in the automotive aftermarket with a proven record of developing sales teams and strategies and cultivating customer relationships while reaching commercial targets. Over the past 10 years, he’s led aftermarket sales in North America for Sensata Technologies and its aftermarket brand, Schrader TPMS Solutions.

“As vehicle technology evolves, so will the demand for introducing and delivering highly innovative products into the aftermarket. I am excited to build on the strength of the HELLA brand and provide our customer’s unique value and opportunity,” said Tinson, adding that his favorite part of the aftermarket industry is its people and the forward-thinking minds that aim to solve problems.
