DMA Sales LLC Announces Employee Pay Increases

DMA Sales Gives Employee Pay Increases to Offset Inflation

DMA will assist all full-time employees by offering them a monthly assistance package once a month.

DMA Sales, LLC rises to the challenge and increases employee pay in a challenging inflationary environment. Once a month, DMA will assist all its full-time employees during these troubling times by offering them a monthly assistance package. The company understands their hardship and is willing to show how much they care for each employee.

“We understand how tough it is out there right now, and we feel the pain,” said John Treece, CEO and president, in an employee meeting in Nichols, SC. “What we (DMA) have put together is what I’m calling a Temporary Cost-of-Living Assistance program. It will directly put cash in our employees’ pockets right now. We know the cost of gas is increasing, and the cost of food is on the rise. Companies can talk about their values only a few get the chance to live them out.”

DMA hopes with this monthly package it demonstrates to their employees that they care and are willing to give back. DMA started sending out extra money to its employee’s paychecks the last week of June. Until circumstances change, DMA will continue with its Cost-of-Living Assistance program on a monthly basis moving forward.
