BBB Industries Continues European Expansion

The company has acquired Budweg Caliper A/S, based in Odense, Denmark.

BBB Industries has acquired Budweg Caliper A/S. The transaction encompasses the entirety of the business. This is BBB’s sixth acquisition in Europe since 2019 and provides BBB with its first sustainable manufacturing facility in Europe. 

Budweg has more than 40 years of experience and is based in Odense, Denmark. It is a leading supplier of remanufactured brake calipers for the European automotive aftermarket, covering more than 98% of the European car parc. Through its facility in Denmark, Budweg serves Central and Eastern Europe, France, Scandinavia, Spain, Austria and Switzerland. 

“This acquisition is a key advancement in our continued efforts to expand in Europe and broaden our remanufacturing footprint,” said Duncan Gillis, BBB’s CEO. “Budweg’s sustainable manufacturing operations are a strong complement to our existing operations, and we look forward to welcoming their dedicated and skilled workforce to the BBB team.”
