Autopromotec 2022 Pre-entry Numbers Are Growing

The 29th edition of the international automotive aftermarket exhibition will take place May 25-28, 2022, in Bologna.

Expectations are growing among exhibitors for the next edition of Autopromotec. The event – dedicated to automotive equipment and after-sales service – is scheduled to take place from May 25-28, 2022, at the BolognaFiere exhibition centre. A month after the opening of registration, the numbers confirm the great desire of companies to return to exhibit and relaunch their business activities.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ICE Agency and Promotec have signed an agreement (confirming the great interest in the automotive and exhibition sectors) to support the initiatives of Autopromotec 2022. This is the first major international event in the automotive aftermarket sector to take place after the long exhibition blackout. The agreement focuses on support for the incoming of foreign buyers as well as the international promotion of Autopromotec 2022 in countries considered essential in terms of trade relations. Another pillar of the initiative is the Futurmotive Exhibition Project. This will be a place showing scenarios linked to the future of mobility, including the engines of the future and the ecological sustainability of the entire sector; the transformation of the urban ecosystem that dialogues with the car and the driver (it learns and innovates); smart transportation and cybersecurity; new materials for vehicles and urban furnishings. The largest portion of the resources will be used to invite to Italy delegates such as importers and distributors of automotive components, representatives of major car manufacturers, buyers of automotive equipment, tyres and components, intermediaries of workshop networks, trade associations (from the markets with the highest turnover), and the trade press.

“The interest received so far in Autopromotec 2022 from exhibiting companies is a sign that the automotive sector and its supply chain are on the upswing,” said Renzo Servadei, Autopromotec CEO. “We are working on an innovative format to make B2B meetings more engaging and interactive. Our aim is to offer companies in this sector a perfect display to show their important innovations to the global automotive aftermarket.”

Registrations for Autopromotec 2022 will remain open until the exhibition areas are full. In this regard, the organizers have made provision for early bird discounts of 5% on the cost of the exhibition area for those who book by July 30. All information is available on the event’s official website. Furthermore, the administration office is available for additional information.
