The addition of Thrive’s system to its business operations has provided Transtar leadership with the ability to seamlessly establish inventory policies to support their goals, then measure their inventory performance and profitability.

The company was seeking assistance beyond typical forecasting and replenishment, also needing the capability to effectively manage an increasing number and complexity of kit assemblies; manage long and varied import and vendor lead times; provide leadership with the ability to control service level factors across all locations with different vendor targets, products and categories to better serve customer needs; and improve vendor performance via forecast collaboration and vendor scorecards.
