HDMA Adds New Team Member

Danielle Kaspar brings a wealth of experience in member and event services to her new role with HDMA.


The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA), the commercial vehicle division of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), has named Danielle Kaspar as manager, councils and member engagement.

“Danielle’s new role with HDMA is responsible for the oversight of all HDMA councils and forums, supporting council and forum activities including budgeting, recruitment, marketing communications, and member management,” said Tim Kraus, president and COO, HDMA. “HDMA staff, board, and members are delighted to have Danielle on board as a critical element of the HDMA staff. Her role in product management of our HDMA councils and forums will be instrumental in our delivery of full member value, with this very important piece of HDMA’s offering to our members.”

Kaspar brings a wealth of experience in member and event services to her new role with HDMA. She joins HDMA from the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club and JB Duke Hotel, where she most recently served as director of community relations & executive club, where she was responsible for the development, promotion, management, and member services for the Inn’s Executive Club. She also had previous positions with the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce, Durham Convention & Visitors Bureau (Discover Durham), and The Herald-Sun.

Danielle is an active and engaged member of the Durham, NC, community. She is a member of Corvettes International, Inc. and the Rotary Club of Durham. She also serves on the board of directors for Durham CrimeStoppers, Durham Technical Community College Foundation, and the Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center.

Danielle holds a B.S. in business management from North Carolina State University.
