Carl Brabander Appointed Head Of Global Franchise Development, Fix Network World

Carl Brabander will lend strategic support to fuel franchise development as the network of aftermarket brands continues on its growth trajectory.

Fix Network World has announced the appointment of Carl Brabander, former vice president of marketing to the new senior role of head of global franchise development.

Brabander joined Fix Auto Canada as vice president of marketing in 2014 and has since led global marketing, advertising and brand strategies that have helped establish and grow Fix Network World’s brands worldwide. As Head of Global Franchise Development, Brabander will be responsible for working in close collaboration with master franchisees and industry partners to promote the development of Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass and Speedy Auto Service networks around the world.

Fix Network World Head of Business David Lingham believes Fix Network World’s recent and rapid growth requires strategic focus to help ensure the brands continue to develop and scale over time. “Carl brings a deep knowledge of our brands [Fix Auto, NOVUS Glass, Speedy Auto Service and SRP] to this new role and his enthusiasm and ability to build positive relationships make him a natural fit for increasing the number of touchpoints between all stakeholders,” he said.

As he transitions into this new role, Brabander’s marketing projects and responsibilities will be reassigned within the existing Fix Network World Marketing team, and further organizational announcements will follow.

Brabander said he looks forward to leveraging his experience with strategic innovation within Fix Network World to help advance franchise development. He also credits the owner-operators who make up the network as a key source of motivation, stating, “Fix Network’s brands are powered by the drive and entrepreneurial spirit of our franchisees, and I am excited to support their growth and success in this new role.”
