UCI’s Performance Pumps business is a leading producer of highly engineered cooling systems and fuel delivery systems. ASC Industries’ cooling systems are sold across a diverse set of aftermarket channels, including construction, agriculture, automotive, transportation, and general industrial, as well as to leading original equipment (OE) customers in North America and Europe. Airtex fuel pumps are sold for use in a full range of engine systems, primarily to the U.S. aftermarket and heavy-duty OE market.

“The TRICO Group is a well-known company in the automotive aftermarket,” said Michael Klein, chairman of UCI International. “This is a unique opportunity for the Performance Pumps business to partner with a larger group of companies and continue to supply its global customers with high-quality products.”
