Uni-Select Inc. has announced that shareholders voted in favor of all items of business put forth by Uni-Select at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 3, in Boucherville, Québec. This included the election of the directors by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy.
