Hastings has announced an expansion of its sales team servicing the Americas region. As part of a global growth focus, the North and South American Aftermarket regions, known as the “Americas,” will be overseen by Jeff Guenther, a 33-year veteran with Hastings Manufacturing Co. This organizational change will allow for a focused sales and support effort at a regional and global level.

“Hastings’ strategy is simple. It is to provide more value and service to the market focusing on one thing, piston rings, and doing it better than anyone else,” said Guenther.

Hastings also added Mike Jackson to the U.S. side of the Americas team. Jackson is a 13-plus year piston ring industry veteran. The company also has welcomes back Dan Qualls to Hastings. “We are very excited to see our sales infrastructure grow with piston ring experts,” said Guenther. “The Americas market for Hastings is a highly valued and important region with long-standing customer relationships.”

For Hastings in Mexico and South America, Jose Segovia will continue his role as director of sales Latin America and will ensure advancing business in the region all under the umbrella support of the Americas team.

The company says key to this success is providing superior service “of ever-increasing value, on-time, first time, every time,” to meet or exceed the needs, wants, and expectations of the company’s piston ring customers. To further align customer focus in the Americas, Hastings has announced the addition of a customer service specialists/customer-oriented driven manager, Britta Kingsley. She will oversee all aspects of service and support for the Americas. Kingsley will be focused on process improvements that lead to higher levels of customer service.
