CAWA promises that retailers and distributors and their commercial customers will walk away with some powerful information from the presentations that will be made at the upcoming meeting on Feb. 16 in Napa, California.
According to the Chair of the Board, Jack Gosnell of Next Level Parts, “This would be a great opportunity for retailers and distributors to bring their commercial customers to the session, buy them lunch and listen to the presentations that will impact their respective businesses.”
The presentations include:
- “E-commerce and the Changing Needs of Repair Shops,” Greg Kirber, CEO, PartsTech
- “A New Standard for Automotive Repair Software,” Carolyn Coquillette, CEO. Shop-Ware Inc.
- “Warranty Rights What You and Your Customers Should Know,” Jennifer Zins, director of Government Affairs, CAWA
- “A National Update on the Auto Care Legislative Agenda in the 115th Congress,” Aaron Lowe, senior vice president, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Auto Care Association
The training session will occur from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16 at the Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa, California. CAWA also is hosting a YANG regional meet-up at the session and attendance is free to YANG members. Anyone interested in attending should register here.
