Premier Performance Welcomes Alan Miller As Business Development Manager – East

In this position, Miller will be responsible for growing business in the company’s eastern United States territory via outside sales.

Premier Performance, a wholesale distributor of aftermarket automotive parts primarily serving the diesel and off-road segments, has announced the addition of Alan Miller in the role of business development manager – East. In this position, Miller will be responsible for growing business in the company’s eastern United States territory via outside sales.

“Alan has a unique understanding of the distribution model, bringing with him a wealth and variety of experience in retail, aftermarket distribution, OEM, and most recently, national account sales,” said Bob Barra, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Premier. “Alan has a high level of passion and understanding for the distribution model, and for anticipating and meeting customer needs.”

“I’m very excited to be joining the team at Premier Performance,” said Miller. “This is a great opportunity to apply my sales and distribution experience gained in the recreational vehicle industry to a new market segment, and to help Premier grow its business in both new and existing markets.”

Most recently, Miller worked as director of national accounts at King, a manufacturer of portable OTA and satellite products for the recreational and automotive aftermarket. In addition to representing Premier in the East, Miller also will be responsible for developing Premier’s business with national accounts. To best serve the company’s customers in the East, Miller will be based out of Premier’s Louisville, Kentucky, facility.

The position of business development manager – East was previously held by Trev Burt, who recently took on the new role of merchandising and events manager.
