Shiloh Industries Names Glen Holtz Vice President, Engineering And Technology

Holtz will lead Shiloh’s global product engineering, strategy management and technology teams.

Shiloh Industries announced that Glen Holtz has joined the company in the newly created position of vice president, engineering and technology, as part of Shiloh’s senior leadership team. Holtz will lead Shiloh’s global product engineering, strategy management and technology teams.

“Glen’s leadership will be essential in driving all aspects of the product innovation and engineering lifecycle within Shiloh,” said Brad Tolley, senior vice president, business development and technology. “His prior experience in process-to-product transformation will be critical in executing our lightweighting strategy in our focused areas of body structures and interiors, chassis and propulsion systems.”

Holtz brings more than 30 years of automotive experience in engineering and program management. During his career, he has played a key role in global strategy and business expansion. Most recently, Holtz served as the vice president of engineering at Inalfa Roof Systems.

Holtz earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Lawrence Technological University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from University of Michigan-Dearborn.
