BBB Industries’ Reman Facilities Certified Through MERA Manufactured Again Certification Program

The Manufactured Again Certification program is designed to help both manufacturers and buyers by certifying that remanufacturing facilities meet the same quality standards as new manufacturing facilities.

BBB Industries LLC announced it has been approved as a participant in the Manufactured Again (MERA) Certification program.

The Manufactured Again Certification program is designed to help both manufacturers and buyers by certifying that remanufacturing facilities meet the same quality standards as new manufacturing facilities. The certification program is based on the internationally recognized quality management standards ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

To receive certification, BBB Industries was required to deliver third-party evidence showing proof of conformance to the accepted quality standards.

Odd Joergenrud, president and chief operating officer for BBB Industries, said, “The MERA Certification provides peace of mind for our customers because they know that the remanufactured products being produced by BBB Industries are of the highest quality, environmentally sustainable, and have been put through rigorous testing to ensure that they are equivalent to or better than new products.”
