ACE/MCI Commodities Announces Ernie Flurry As President

As the former vice president of global procurement at CARDONE Industries, Flurry helped develop a core procurement system in the aftermarket and led global procurement teams in the U.S., Europe, Mexico and Asia.

ACE/MCI Commodities, one of the largest global buyers and suppliers of used automotive parts, has announced the appointment of Ernie Flurry as president. Flurry brings more than 22 years of manufacturing and procurement experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from the University of North Alabama.

“I look forward to being part of a company that has a modern vision for the recycling industry and a long-term strategy for growth,” said Flurry.

As the former vice president of global procurement at CARDONE Industries, Flurry helped develop a core procurement system in the aftermarket and led global procurement teams in the U.S., Europe, Mexico and Asia.

“Ernie’s manufacturing experience and skills align with our long-term strategy to ensure the recyclers are in line to support the remanufacturers,” said Benny Cunningham, CEO of ACE/MCI. “In this new role, his key priority will be to build a system of customer service for the remanufacturer that currently does not exist in the industry today.”
