Dorman University Introduces New Service Dealer Guide Training Opportunity

Highlights from Dorman’s OE FIX program, aimed at re-engineered solutions to known OE failures, also are included in this new training installment.

dorman-university-logoAs a companion to its recently launched 2016 Service Dealer Guide Vol. 2, Dorman has announced a new training opportunity from Dorman University.

Dorman’s newest training module focuses on many of the exclusive and new-to-the-aftermarket products featured in its latest guide. Additional information on categories such as diesel particulate filters, integrated control modules, HVAC control modules, fluid reservoirs, stainless steel brake lines, VVT Solutions and more is provided to Dorman University students through video and flipbook formats.

Highlights from Dorman’s OE FIX program, aimed at re-engineered solutions to known OE failures, also are included in this new training installment.

Signing up for Dorman University is both easy and free, the company says. After visiting DormanUniversity.com  and enrolling in the program, students can begin selecting from a wide variety of available course content. Each Dorman University training module consists of: easy reference course materials, learning content such as videos or presentations, a brief quiz on the course materials, an opportunity to earn a certificate of completion and a closing review summary.
