Shane Portnoff, of Aliso Viejo Auto Service in Aliso Viejo, California, is the winner of the Mitchell 1 “Fabulous Las Vegas Sweepstakes.” He will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to attend this year’s AAPEX and SEMA shows.
