US Motor Works - LogoISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. Obtained by extensive external audits performed by an independent accredited registrar company, the certification aims to put greater emphasis on leadership engagement, organizational risks and opportunities, supply chain management and overall customer approval.

The ISO 9001:2015 is a substantial overhaul of the ISO 9001:2008 certification and is difficult to achieve due to its extensive and rigorous criteria. By successfully achieving this level of certification, USMW says it has affirmed its ability to effectively and efficiently deliver a quality management system, drive continuous improvements to its products, services and internal processes.
