One Stop Parts Source Names New CEO

Mike Thompson has been vice president of merchandising and marketing at Metro Auto Parts for the past two and a half years. Prior to that, he was the vice president of supply chain management for XL Parts for more than four years, and also served as vice president of business operations for Parts Authority and spent more than 15 years as vice president of merchandising for CSK/O’Reilly Auto Parts. His career also includes time spent as merchandise analyst for Auto Source and as product/marketing manager for Dana Corp.

One Stop Parts Source has announced the appointment of Mike Thompson as its new CEO.

Thompson has more than 33 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. His career includes a number of senior management roles with extensive purchasing, merchandising, marketing, inventory and category management experience at the wholesale and retail levels.
