We thank Caterpillar once again for recognizing our ability to meet and exceed their customer satisfaction expectations.”

Through demonstrated results, Caterpillar says Dayco has exhibited excellent process control, has shown a desire for ongoing continuous improvement, and has provided quality products to its Caterpillar customers. “We are extremely proud to receive this award as it is a recognition of our associates’ hard work with focus on delivering quality products to our customers on-time in a challenging, competitive environment,” said Antoni Porcel, quality manager for Dayco in Manresa.

In June 2015, the Dayco belt tensioner and idler pulley manufacturing plant in Wujiang, China, was awarded the Silver Supplier Certification from Caterpillar. And in September 2015, the Dayco belt tensioner, pulley and damper manufacturing plant in Ivrea, Italy, also was awarded the Gold Supplier Certification from Caterpillar.
