TI Automotive Honored By Ford Motor Co. For Quality

TI Automotive was recognized at the 18th annual World Excellence Awards ceremony held in Dearborn, Michigan.

Ford honored TI Automotive as a top-performing global supplier at its 18th annual World Excellence Awards ceremony held recently in Dearborn, Michigan.

Bill Kozyra, chairman, CEO and president of TI Automotive, was presented with a Quality World Excellence Award by Hau Thai-Tang, Ford Motor Co. group vice president, global purchasing.

“Ford’s World Excellence Awards allow us to recognize suppliers that demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, performance and teamwork,” said Thai-Tang. “TI Automotive has helped Ford deliver a breakthrough year, and we are thankful they are a part of our One Ford team.”

“This is a great honor for our company,” said Kozyra. “We have been supplying Ford for 94 years and this is the top company award for quality excellence. I offer my sincere thanks and congratulations to everyone who helped earn this wonderful achievement!”

TI Automotive supplies products for more than 35 Ford and Lincoln models around the world. TI Automotive first supplied fuel lines to the Ford Model T in 1922, as the Bundy Tubing Co. in Detroit.
