The Parts House Recognizes Standard Motor Products As 2015 Vendor Of The Year

(SMP) as the recipient of its 2015 Vendor of the Year Award during the Jacksonville, Florida-based Parts Plus warehouse distributor’s recent Annual Sales & Marketing Summit, according to David Miller, chief operating officer of TPH.

“TPH and Standard Motor Products have worked closely these past seven years to deliver top-quality replacement parts for engine management and temperature control,” said Miller. “Our engine parts business was modestly sized before we joined forces with SMP. With the help of some incredible SMP sales representatives, including Hariclia ‘Rikki’ Foley, this side of our business has grown exponentially. We are excited for the 2016 programs, and foresee a long future of mutually-beneficial growth.”

During the proceedings, Miller cited SMP’s support of inventory growth and training programs as an integral component of TPH aftermarket sales.
