RealTruck.com Names Justin Deltener As Vice President

Deltener will be responsible for managing the regular operations and administration of the company, working with managers and company executives to set strategic goals, and spearheading initiatives geared toward further company growth and development.

Racing - Justin-DeltenerRealTruck.com has announced that Justin Deltener will be promoted to vice president, effective Jan. 1, 2016. As vice president, Deltener will be responsible for managing the regular operations and administration of the company, working with managers and company executives to set strategic goals, and spearheading initiatives geared toward further company growth and development.

Hired as chief technology officer (CTO) in 2008, Deltener has worked in that capacity for the past seven years. Over this time, he has been instrumental in creating RealTruck.com’s back-end order-management and fulfilment system, the development of the company’s website and the founding of the RealTruck Fargo, North Dakota, office, among other accomplishments.

Prior to being hired as RealTruck’s CTO, Deltener was the CTO at Mind Tremors, a company he co-founded and operated with his brother and wife. A desire to create Mind Tremors and be his own boss prompted Deltener to leave North Dakota State University during his freshman year. He cites this decision as one of the happiest moments of his life.

“There is no doubt in my mind that [Justin] Deltener is the man for the job,” said RealTruck President Jeff Vanlaningham. “Aside from his accomplishments as CTO, Deltener has an impressive track record of strategic and operational achievements. He is a successful and trusted leader, and brings to this position a strong reputation for perfectionism and a commitment to excellence. An integral part of the development of RealTruck’s distinct company culture, I am confident that Deltener will continue to focus on strategic goals and initiatives, while ensuring that our culture remains a cornerstone of our brand.”

“I am very fortunate to be given opportunity to work with so many talented individuals, and to continue RealTruck’s legacy of improvement and growth,” said Deltener. “I am eager to work with management to improve culture, operations and to help RealTruck succeed.”
