Hopkins Manufacturing Corp. announces the addition of Richard O’Leary as vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer. O’Leary will lead and direct all human resource related activities for Hopkins, at its eight locations around the world.

Most recently, O’Leary was the corporate vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer for Milacron LLC, a global leader in the plastic technology and processing industry. Prior to that, he served as corporate vice president of human resources and administration for Iris International. He also held senior level human resource positions with Corning Inc., Cytometrics Inc., Owens Corning and Public Service Electric & Gas. During his career, O’Leary also served with the Delaware Air National Guard State Staff for more than 25 years, retiring as a clinical psychologist and human relations officer, lieutenant colonel and USAF.
O’Leary’s extensive educational background includes a bachelor’s in arts in sociology and a masters in college counseling, both from the University of Delaware; he also has a doctorate in counseling psychology and a doctorate in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University. O’Leary serves as an adjunct faculty member at Rowen University School of Medicine teaching business strategy and leadership.
