Tuff Stuff Performance Accessories Ltd., a manufacturer of premium-quality custom engine accessories, has announced that it is now clamshell packaging all of its smaller accessories in lieu of skin packaging.
According to Tim Andrews, Tuff Stuff’s national sales manager, “Clamshell packaging provides excellent product protection while enabling the consumer to see exactly what they are buying.” Andrews also noted that Tuff Stuff’s clamshell packages are not heat sealed – they can be opened for close product inspection and then reclosed.
In addition to providing an improved product look, the clamshell packaging can be recycled.
