Automotive Parts Associates Appoints Paul Brokaw As Director Of Program Development

Brokaw is an automotive aftermarket industry veteran of more than 30 years and will be working to meet and exceed membership needs and expectations.

Automotive-Parts-Associates-LogoAutomotive Parts Associates (APA), a member-owned cooperative made up of more than 100 independent warehouse distributors in North America, announced the addition of Paul Brokaw as the director of program development. Brokaw is an automotive aftermarket industry veteran of more than 30 years and will be working to meet and exceed membership needs and expectations while working closely with the APA supplier partners. Brokaw has been performing product line analysis and special projects for APA for more than a year and has a very strong industry background that will serve membership and the supplier partners well.

“We are thrilled to be working with Paul and [know] that he has more than enough talent and experience to excel in this position,” said Gary Martin, APA’s president and CEO.

The company commented that Brokaw’s experience in the automotive industry included auto parts store management, machine shop operation and service facility management. Brokaw later moved into the warehouse distribution arena and started as a buyer for a large traditional warehouse distributor in Kansas City, Missouri. Brokaw’s career accelerated to vice president of operations in Kansas City and then to general manager of a full-line, full-service traditional warehouse distributor in Tampa, Florida.
