Redline Detection Appoints Blake Nadolny To Director Of Operations

In this position, Nadolny will oversee Redline Detection's manufacturing and plant operations, using lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes such as Kaizen and SPC Statistical Process Control.

BlakeNadolnyORANGE, Calif. – Redline Detection LLC, a leading manufacturer of diagnostic leak detection equipment, has appointed Blake Nadolny to director of operations. In this position, Nadolny will oversee Redline Detection’s manufacturing and plant operations, using lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes such as Kaizen and SPC Statistical Process Control.

“In the past six months, Redline Detection has tripled our manufacturing capacity as a result of several original equipment manufacturer (OEM) mandated essential equipment programs,” said Alex Parker, executive vice president of Redline Detection. “Blake has unmatched experience in managing productivity growth and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing techniques, which will prove invaluable as we navigate this steep growth curve.”

Redline recently built a new manufacturing facility that tripled the size of its previous location.

Nadonly brings more than seven years of management experience to Redline, most recently serving as director of operations for Luxfer Gas Cylinders. Prior to this role, he was a lean manufacturing expert at Transtar Industries and a corporate cost reduction manager at Econolite Group Inc. Throughout his career in operations, Nadonly successfully implemented and monitored metrics to drive efficiencies using a variety of lean tools. He received his Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ in 2008 and was awarded the Certificate of Process Mastery from Hammer and Co. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in supply chain management from California State University, San Bernardino.
