CONCORD, N.H. Sanel Auto Parts Co. is conducting a Service Advisor Skills workshop to help local garages improve their staffs’ communication and advisory skills.
The two-day workshop, which begins tomorrow, is designed to help service advisers better understand customers’ expectations and needs. The sales training workshop will focus on how to improve the facility for a better consultative environment, create a team approach to advising, improve listening skills and customer handling techniques, resolution of customer complaints, telephone skills, improved service write-up and follow-through, and better business practices overall.
Sanel Auto Parts regularly provides training for all aspects of the professional repair process, including for automotive, heavy-duty truck, and paint and body shop technicians. “Training sessions allow our customers, specifically our professional automotive repair customers, to learn skills that allow them to be more proficient in their trade, and run more successful businesses,” said David Segal, president.
