BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec – Uni-Select has announced that its subsidiary Uni-Select USA Inc. yesterday completed its acquisition of substantially all the assets of J.K. Distributors Inc. This transaction, initially announced on March 4, will enhance Uni-Select’s network with nine corporate stores in Virginia.
        
Established in 1971, J.K. Distributors Inc. is involved in the wholesale distribution of automotive replacement parts, maintenance items and accessories. The company’s team of 150 employees serves a clientele of service centers and fleet accounts from its warehouse and nine corporate stores located in Virginia.
