SAN DIMAS, Calif. Westin Automotive has announced the appointment of two new regional managers.
Dennis Dady comes to Westin with an extensive 20-plus year background in sales and marketing in the automotive aftermarket. He joins Westin as the Northeastern regional sales manager covering Southeastern Canada through Illinois, with emphasis on the Jeep and off-road markets. Dady brings with him experience in handling customers such as Keystone Automotive, PEP Boys, Quadratec, Transamerican and many others.
Dady’s most recent three-year tenure was with Pro Comp and its family of brands as their NE territory manager. He got his start in the automotive world with American Specialties back in 1991, graduated to manufacturer’s rep for Trail Master Suspension in 2000. After the sale of Trail Master, he moved into the rep agency side of the industry. He worked five years for SRS Marketing as its truck and off-road salesman and then worked three years with SLAI rep agency in the automotive racing industry focusing on NASCAR and NHRA. Dady is considered a qualified expert on suspension and truck accessories through knowledge and hands-on abilities.
Jeff Sutherland also has joined the Westin Automotive team bringing with him 20 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. He joins the company as the Central regional sales manager, covering the Dakotas to Texas and parts of Louisiana, with key focus on Westin’s Towing program. Sutherland has worked with key customers managing market territories for domestic and international products, sales, logistics, resource acquisitions and more for national accounts. Sutherland’s most recent positions include director of marketing and new business development, national accounts executive and district sales in Eastern territories, most recently for Cequent, TTI Royal Appliance Manufacturing (Rigid, Ryobi) and Makita Power Tools.
