PBES Offering Complimentary Webinar

Free webinar will explore today's sales force realities for PBE jobbers.

BETHESDA, Md. – The Paint, Body & Equipment Specialists (PBES), a segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA), is hosting a complimentary webinar at 11 a.m. EDT on Oct. 1, on how jobbers can excel in today’s business climate. The webinar will be presented by David Szen, president, Szen Inc. and senior consultant, Symmetrics Group.

The 2013 marketplace is a fast-paced, high-tech, customer-oriented atmosphere. The reality is people are changed forever and it is critical to understand how it impacts sales.

In this webinar, attendees will learn:

* How technology has changed people and why old sales tactics will not work.
* What to do to have better “people power” to reach more people.
* How to tackle generational sales realities and reach out to all demographics (Millennials, Gen-X and Boomers).
* Why you must bring value, competence and knowledge to your customers.

Szen, professional sales performance coach and speaker, will elevate the awareness and need for continued skill development within a company’s sales force. As technology is changing, PBE industry customers do not have the attention span that is required for many of the sales techniques today.
Often, a sales rep will say, “I am a people person,” yet fail to engage their audience. Szen will teach attendees how to adapt to the new changes and which outdated sales methods just will not work anymore.

There is no fee to attend, but advance registration is required for the webinar at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8478281738068486144.
