Rudy Ruiz Of ADVICS North America Inc. Appointed To CAWA’s Manufacturers Advisory Council

Ruiz will join the MAC in September and will serve on the association's membership and education committee.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – CAWA Chairman Ed Jimenez has appointed Rudy Ruiz of ADVICS North America Inc. to CAWA’s Manufacturers’ Advisory Council (MAC).

Ruiz, who currently works for ADVICS North America, started his aftermarket career with Bendix Brakes in 1985 in Chicago. He continued under parent company Allied Signal for 15 years and ended up in Dallas, Texas, in the heavy-duty air brake division. He was an operations manager for repair shops in Arizona then came back to Dallas and worked for another air brake company called MGM as the south central fleet manager. Ruiz worked for Akebono for two years until his most recent employment with ADVICS-NA as the Western regional manager.

Ruiz will join the MAC in September and will serve on the association’s membership and education committee.
