The newly redesigned site uses a straightforward navigation to enable customers to access the information they want with just a couple of clicks, the company says. The home page menu provides easy access to details about Forward Lift and each of its two-post, four-post, heavy-duty, mobile, mid-rise, low-rise and motorcycle lifts; as well as product service manuals, FAQs and contact information. Icons on the home page also lead directly to product pages that feature lift specifications, brochures and photos.

“When shop owners, dealers, hobbyists and other Forward Lift customers start looking for new lifts or for information about their current lifts, many of them turn to the Internet first,” said Lance Jones, Forward Lift sales and brand manager. “In response to the growing demand for online data, we have updated our website to provide the most commonly requested information in an easily accessible format.”

Forward Lift’s new website also has been optimized for modern browsers. It connects to the company’s Facebook and Twitter social media channels, and also includes customer testimonials.
