CHANTILLY, Va. The Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA) has announced the 2012 “International Big R Show” will be held at Bally’s Hotel Saturday, Oct. 27 through Monday, Oct. 29, 2012. This year’s Big R Show will be co-located once again with the ATRA Powertrain Expo. In addition, the 2012 APRA “International Big R Show” will take place in Las Vegas just prior to the AAPEX and SEMA Shows.
Hotel rooms are now available at Bally’s Hotel and Paris Hotel (connected to Bally’s) at www.bigrshow.com. Click on “Plan Your Trip” and you can make your hotel reservations online.
APRA has been able to negotiate attractive room rates at Bally’s for this year’s Big R Show. The Early Bird rate for Bally’s is $89 single/double. The Early Bird rate for Paris is $139 single/double. The Early Bird rate’s cut-off is July 1.
Rooms can also be reserved by calling Bally’s at their reservation center at 1-800-358-8777 and asking for the group rate for the APRA or Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association’s Big R Show. Mention the discount code SBAPR2D.
Rooms can be reserved at Paris Hotel by calling their reservation center at 1-877-603-4389 and mentioning the code SPAPR2D.
Booth space sign-ups have kicked off the show as well. Exhibiting companies can begin the process by visiting www.BIGRShow.com and accessing the online exhibit space application. Just complete the form and fax to APRA at 703-968-2878.
“As we have done in the past three years, we will once again offer a special payment feature, which will allow a prospective exhibitor initially to put down just a 1/3 deposit by credit card. APRA will charge another 1/3 in May and then the remaining 1/3 in July. This will help companies spread the cost over several months,” said APRA’s Senior Vice President Jeanie Magathan.
The initial booth assignments will be done in late April, so potential exhibiting companies need to act quickly.
Program details and special features for this year’s “International BIG R Show” will be announced as they are confirmed. Visit www.BIGRShow.com for more updates.
